Maruti Zeolite is the leading natural zeolite mineral producer and exporter in Barmer India Quality Symbol Since 1995, it started the zeolite mineral operation in 1995. After several years of prospecting with the technical assistance of Indian Technical University, in 2003 the company acquired its own high quality reserves in Barmer. Barmer is renowned for the purity of its zeolite – clinoptilolite reservoir.
The same year, Maruti Zeolite established its zeolite manufacturing facility in Barmer. Since then, the Company is specialized in the production and the marketing of its own natural zeolite – clinoptilolite mineral; and is committed to setting the standards for the natural zeolite industry in the world.
After two decades dedicated to the mineral, Maruti Zeolite Mining has now become the most reputable producer at the zeolite market. Its expertise in the field and the established quality of its service has made Maruti the highly qualified manufacturer it is today.
Our Story
Maruti Mineral Industries is India’s leading Mining, Processing and Manufacturing company Since 1990, having mineral mining lease and well laid out processing, pulverizing, and other activities, necessary to fulfil the requirements of the leading buyers of our production in India and rest of world.
Our mostly unit and mines are situated in Rajasthan which having rich mineral deposited, well connected by rail and road (National Highway) leading to Mundra, Kandla port in Gujarat.
We are mines owner, Mineral processor and Mineral powder manufacture and processing of value-added product of Natural Zeolite Powder & Round Granules. With available all mesh size in Powder & mm size in Round & Chips Granules.
Our Manufacturing Units are also situated at Jalipa Near Harsani Fata in Barmer (Rajasthan), which well connected by Rail and Road (National Higway) leading to Mundra. Kandla sea port in Gujarat. All mines of Natural Zeolite Mineral are situated within 100 to 200 km from our manufacturing unit and also well connected from National Highway.

FACILITIES

This unit works efficiently to bring in new developments in the products. Our facilities also include systems and process to meet range of mineral as per specification provided by customers; especially the specifications such as cash hardening, nitrating, quenching etc.
We have approximately 30,000 sqmt land space at our manufacturing plant for drying the material from sun rays.
QUALITY ASSURANCE and R & D:
Our Laboratory is well equipped to test of Natural Zeolite Mineral and other clay products as per IS procedure. Our R & D is constantly working on mineral value added products specially Natural Zeolite Mineral & Round Granule. A part from regular testing, our R & D project is also associated with CSIR’S different institutes.

PRODUCTION
We are mines owner, mineral processor and mineral powder manufacture of NATURAL ZEOLITE MINERAL & GRANULES. Our raw materials essentially tested before processing for categorization. We have 13 Grinding cum processing plants with in built drying system (11 Pulveriser of 32″ and 2 Roller Mills of 3 Roller) having production capacity of 6000 to 7500 ton per Natural Zeolite Mineral. We have 10 Granulation Plant which make Ball & Chips Size Granules having production capacity of 2000 MT Per Month. We are Specially Processing various allied products based on Natural Zeolite Mineral & Granules. Our unit is a Technocrat Enterprise & complete Indigenous plant.
